God’s end-time plan is
Unfolding before our very eyes.

The last days. Even the secular Israeli
press is publishing articles
That Believers interpret as technological
advancements leading up
To the arrival of the anti-Messiah
(anti-Christ).
The Israeli Hebrew daily newspaper,
Ma’ariv, recently published
A story on how the Israeli government has
passed laws creating
“Big Brother” to monitor its citizens
here in the Holy Land.
The Ma’ariv article was entitled: “Big
Brother’s Watchful Eye.”
The feature story focused on Bio-metric
microchips that
Are implanted in the body, voice analysis,
and super
Government databases that will
contain information of all 5.5
Million Israeli Jewish citizens –
including very private details
Ranging from a person’s medical files to
their physical whereabouts.

The journalist interviewed an
Israeli CEO of a private company in
the insurance industry who was
summoned to the Israeli Tax
Authority. He was told that the
government clerk knew when he
traveled out of the country, what
type of vehicle he bought and when
he purchased it. “There
is nothing the government does not
know about me,” the
CEO said.

Then I saw another
beast, coming out of the earth. He had two
horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a
dragon. He exercised all the authority of
the first beast on his behalf, and made the
earth and its inhabitants worship the first
beast, whose fatal wound had been healed.
And he performed great and miraculous signs,
even causing fire to come down from heaven
to earth in full view of men. Because of the
signs he was given power to do on behalf of
the first beast, he received the inhabitants
of the earth. He ordered them to set up an
image in honor of the beast who was wounded
by the sword and yet lived. He was given
power to give breath to the image of the
first beast, so that it could speak and
cause all who refused to worship the image
to be killed. He also forced everyone, small
and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to
receive a mark in his right hand or in his
forehead, so that no one could buy or sell
unless he had the mark, which is the name of
the beast or the number of his name. This
calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let
him calculate the number of the beast, for
it is man's number. His number is 666.

applying for a high level security job was sent on a
polygraph test. He thought he would be asked many questions,
however he was asked only to confirm a few details.
“I was stunned when I found out that my potential
employer already knew everything about
me, and I mean everything,” he said.
The Israeli government wants to be the world pioneer
in the surveillance of citizens.
Just over one year ago on December 21, 2007, “The
Law of Media Data” passed its third
reading in the Israeli Knesset (Parliament) which
merited the title of “The Big Brother Law.” This
law enables the Israeli police, to establish the
most extensive informational database on its
citizens of any democratic nation in the world.
The information in this
Israeli “police” database will include
the names of all Israeli citizens, their
phone numbers including “unlisted” phone
numbers, and the serial number of their cell
phone. It will list each call, the time it
started and ended, and ensure exact tracking
of where the phone (person) is located.
The police have also attempted to undertake
legislation which would enable them to
execute secret searches of Israeli homes
without the presence of the homeowner. George
Orwell's vision of Big Brother is definitely
coming alive in the Holy Land.
Today there are approximately 16,000
recorded databases in Israel, the Ma’ariv
newspaper article reports. Computers,
cellular phones, and security cameras, track
Israeli citizens at any given moment.

Israeli lawyers lobbying for citizen’s privacy
rights are not making much progress against Big
Brother because the Israeli public welcomes this
technology. The public sees the benefit of these
applications which help their communities in many
areas, from aiding the police to track criminals to
helping their hospitals track patient care.

technology that can “read your thoughts”
by voice analysis responses and facial
movements. Every Jewish person living in
Israel is interested in their family’s
personal security, and this technology has
already prevented Arab terrorist attacks.
This Israeli software is currently being
used by airports and government agencies
worldwide. Customs and Immigration agents
use the software when asking travelers the
reason why they are entering or leaving a
country, or what they are
Bringing into the country. It’s also being
used by police and treasury departments
worldwide. And here in Israel, this local,
homegrown technology has been developed to
“read the thoughts” of even its own
citizens.

All the signs here in Israel
are pointing to the events that will lead up
to Messiah Yeshua’s soon return.
Do you remember the television show Get
Smart? Maxwell Smart may not have been a
suave government spy like James Bond 007,
but he did have a cool shoe that was a
cellular phone. Back then it was just
science fiction as they didn’t even have
push button home phones. I doubt that
Maxwell could have imagined 40 years ago,
that today, most people would carry a cell
phone which could track their every move via
an embedded GPS chip.
This may all be speculation. However,
according to the Ma’ariv article, the
Israeli police have The Law of Media Data on
their side to gain access to find out where
I am right now via the GPS chip in my cell
phone, which stays on even when I turn off
the phone. The Israeli cellular company I
use could be tracking where I am right now,
as I write this letter to you. (Thank
goodness I have nothing to hide.)
Aliza, one of our Bibles For Israel ministry
staff told me, “Zev, starting 12 years
ago, the municipal government of Netanya,
(Israel) would only process license tags for
my dogs if they were implanted with an
identification microchip.”
Four years ago, I was shocked when watching
an ABC News Report about microchips being
implanted into the right arm of thousands of
people in

America! I wondered if this had anything to do with
Chapter 13 in the Book of Revelation which speaks
about the mark of the beast-666 (that no person
would be able to buy or sell unless they took the
mark). See scripture on page 1.
These microchips which are the size of a grain of
rice are produced by the American Verichip
Corporation. Today, they are being implanted into
the right arm of people throughout the world and the
microchip is approved by the U.S. FDA (U.S Food and
Drug Administration). I encourage you to visit their

In many South American countries including Mexico
and Brazil, the microchips are implanted into the
right arm of the police so that the government can
properly identify their policemen and allow them
into secure areas.
In nightclubs across the US and Europe, the
microchips are injected into their customers’
right arms to prove they are of legal age as well as
to collect payment electronically instead of using a
credit card or cash. This is the same type of RFID
(Radio Frequency Identification) microchip used in
cars to electronically monitor when it goes through
a highway toll.
And, today the microchip is being used in hundreds
of applications and industries throughout the world.
But most shockingly,some countries are now
using it to segment their populations.
On Nov. 24, the Associated Press reported that
legislators in Indonesia's province of Papua support
a bill requiring “aggressively sexual” HIV/AIDS
patients to be implanted with the RFID microchips to
monitor them. The police will fine and jail patients
who deliberately infect others with the disease.
Israel has 4000 years of Biblical history
going back to the time of Abraham. However, it is a
very modern country with technology being its number
one export.
Did you know that Jerusalem was one of the first
cities in the world to have wireless technology?

Jerusalem is mentioned 792
times in the Bible. It is where the kings
and prophets lived, and where Messiah Yeshua
will return (to the Mount of Olives). And
perhaps leading up to His return is what we
are seeing now; a plan to track all citizens
in Jerusalem, and throughout the Holy Land.
Some Believers interpret Revelation 13 as
speaking about an anti-Christ, in which
technology such as the RFID is used in the
end-times to determine who can buy and sell.
Associating the RFID microchip with
Revelation 13 is just speculation, but
perhaps it is also fact…we will only know
as time unravels.
What we do know for sure is that the RFID
microchip will soon be mandatory/law for all
Israelis to carry with them, as it will be
implanted into their Toudat Zahout (Israeli
National ID card) as well as Israeli
Passports. The RFID chip is already
implanted into some U.S. passports

It is law that an Israeli must carry their National
ID card with them at all times, or they can be fined
5000 Shekels (approximately $1400). And, because
these ID cards can be lost or stolen, it is
plausible to expect a new law in the future
requiring the RFID chip to be implanted in the right
arm.

In Revelation 13:16, it says: “He also
forced everyone, small and great, rich and
poor, free and slave, to receive a mark in
his right hand or in his forehead, so that
no one could buy or sell unless he had the
mark…” We must remember that the New
Testament was written in Greek, and that
John (Yohanan) who wrote the Book of
Revelation, was writing it from his Jewish
Hebraic perspective. The word for hand in
Hebrew is Yad, and arm
can also be Yad, as
the hand is part of the arm.

Speaking with Israelis, they welcome an implanted
chip because it can save lives. Combined with a GPS
chip, it could track Alzheimer’s patients,
disabled children who go missing, diabetics or heart
patients. In the case of an emergency while
traveling, doctors can simply scan their medical
information from the implanted RFID microchip.
So again, is it any surprise that Israel wants to be
the world leader in tracking information on its
citizens?
You may also want to take a look at the industry
leading RFID website (www.rfidjournal.com)
that reports on all the companies and applications
using RFID technology. It also lists companies using
GPS and RFID together. Cisco is one of the leading
companies using their wireless routing technology in
collaboration with RFID technology.
At a business dinner he had
with Israel’s hi-tech leaders, John
Chambers, the CEO of Cisco Systems, a $145
billion company, said: “We’re deeply
committed to Israel and intend to acquire
more technology companies here,” adding
that Cisco has bought more companies (9) in
Israel than in any other country outside of
the United States. Chambers said that Cisco
will be very proactive in Israel because he
sees a lot of technological innovation in
the Holy Land. He even unveiled a community
project which uses technology to advance the
peace process.
According to Daniel 9:27, the anti-Christ
will make a covenant with Israel for seven
years, which will be broken after three and
a half years!
During this time the Third Temple will be
standing in Jerusalem. Today, everything is
ready for the rebuilding of the Third
Temple. All of the temple artifacts,
garments, and the funds to rebuild the
Temple are available. Even the Jewish
Coheniim (Priests) who have been approved as
Cohens based on DNA testing are currently
being trained in Jerusalem and are ready for
service.
It has been approximately 18 years since all
of these preparations began, and now
everything is ready for the rebuilding of
the Temple. The only thing standing in the
way is the Dome of the Rock, and I believe
that under a two state-solution, we will see
the Third Temple built. President Bush was
pushing for this two state solution, and
perhaps under the Obama administration we
will see it happen.

All of these events are unfolding to set the stage
for the anti-Christ identified in Daniel 9:27. The
verse reads: “He will confirm a covenant with many
for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he
will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a
wing of the temple he will set up an abomination
that causes desolation, until the end that is
decreed is poured out on him.”
We
are living in a special time in history!
It has been 60 years since Israel became a nation
again in 1948, fulfilling Biblical prophecy.
Isaiah 66:8 – Who has ever
heard of such a thing? Who has ever seen such
things? Can a country be
born in a day, or a nation be brought forth in a
moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labor than she
gives
birth to her children.

And in these 60 years, Israel
has become a world leader in technology. Out
of the ashes of the Holocaust there are now
5.5 million Jewish people living in the Holy
Land. As described in Matthew 24, we are
seeing the warning signs of the End-Times.
Today, gay marriages are legalized in the
U.S., Canada, and Europe. We have seen
economic turmoil, catastrophic earthquakes,
and wars continue worldwide. And again, it
is not only Believers who understand the
signs; Orthodox Jews will also tell you that
we are definitely in the last days.
So we must be serious about our
relationship with the Lord, and tell others
about Yeshua so that they also may be saved. Time
is running out!
