BOTH PARTIES ARE THE SAME PARTY

 

                Both political parties, for scores and scores of years, have allowed the executive branch of our federal government to be a series of no less than 13 world government supporting presidents, all working in tandem,  to unlawfully change the principles in our Constitution.  By using executive orders, treaties, presidential directives, etc. for the purpose of instituting  ill and unwise changes and/or alterations in our rightful Constitutional system.  In so doing, they have usurped law-making powers that belong exclusively to the legislative branch of government.   Worse, the purpose in so doing has been to alter the  constitutional system away from a system of limited government under the authority of the people, by the people and for the people,  and to transfer authority away from the people.

             Think-tanks are being allowed to guide our unfaithful representatives into the development of a world communist system of operation on a gradual basis, so that this subversive activity will not be understood nor detected by the sovereign citizens to whom they are beholden.  By the improper use and direction of "executive orders" the United States is continually being divested of its safeguards and basic principles.  Worse still, there is no campaigner for public office who has dared to bring charges against these presidents involved with the overthrowing of our Constitutional system and the destruction of our rightful heritage.  No campaigner has informed the public of this injustice to their sovereignty.  Both major parties are guilty of failing to inform the people of this jeopardy, because both parties are guilty of the same offense.

            Both parties allow the federal government's Office of Management and Budget to dictate "policy" over each and every state and deal directly into each state's computerized "State Office of Planning and Research".  By using the federal mind control system (called the P.P.B.S. - the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System),  all  money  power and planning direction has been allowed to become consolidated on the federal level.  The  control which the federal government now holds over both: the individual state itself, and  the money which  the state needs to comply with federal "mandates"  (doled out via  the "revenue sharing  program") keeps all of  the states submissive and compliant to the socialistic planning going on,  demanded of them from the federal level (treaties and  other global goals and directives which originate from  the federal government's "world government  planning" cabals).  It is easy to see that our state senators are allowing the tail to wag the dog!

              Under this subservient engineered system, just a few states alone cannot save us.  The necessary number of states needed to stop the executive branch of government from these subversive pursuits have so far failed to come forth and support the cause.  However, it takes ONLY ONE STATE to make an appeal to the Supreme Court and open up an investigation and determine the unconstitutionality of the direction, condition or subject.  The Court cannot refuse to investigate.  This is what happened in the past when Franklin D. Roosevelt’s National Resources Planning Board was declared “unconstitutional” and he was stopped from his intention to abolish the states.   What state will now come forth and make the appeal to the Supreme Court?  Once declared “unconstitutional” an adequate number of states will be forced to come forth in defense of their oath taken to support the Constitution and its principles.  It is obvious that both of our major political parties offer us no solution.  They have failed us.  These are the issues which must be considered whether by the Court or by the good judgment of the people at large:

            Both parties fund in appropriation bills P. L. 87-297 for promotion of the "United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament".    It calls for the elimination of our national armed force, and armaments of all kinds. Our armed forces are to be transferred on a permanent basis to international organizations.  The people of our country are to be denied a common defense, and the use of protective  armaments of all kinds.  Both parties fund this law in appropriation bills.

            Both parties have sold us out by installing "regional government" which is a global government management system, the intent and purpose of which is to abolish our constitutionally designed 50 sovereign American states and our national borders; thus, revamping our political system so that we are permanently subject to future control under a militarized global government  socialistic management system.  We have been exchanging police systems with communist  countries without a whimper from either party.

            Both parties have failed to return federal control of education back to the 50 states where it rightfully belongs, which is a necessity under the "check and balance system" for the development, maintenance, and continuance of an intelligent Constitution-respecting voting population.

            Both parties have allowed an unqualified person to continue being president; thus, establishing a precedent, and an unauthorized "change" in the requirements for the presidency:  a foreign born person can now take charge and management of our country and the White House.

            Both parties intend to deny us the U.S. Constitution's guarantee:  a republican form of government by their hopes to soon pass the "Small Arms Treaty".  This treaty also intends to deny American citizens the rights listed in the non-repealable  Second  Amendment of our "Bill of Rights: the right of the people to individually and collectively to  keep and bear arms.  Thus, the Constitutional principle of the people being the 'highest authority,' in this republic, and the means of maintaining the republic, will also be in danger of being wiped out.

             Both parties have permitted our form of government to be changed.  We were quietly changed from a "republic" into a "dictatorship" by merging the military and the civilian law enforcement systems together under one head.   This major 'change' action was under handedly enacted when the unconstitutional Homeland Security Agency was created simply by an executive order under then-president George Bush.  Such a merger is never done in a republic, if it is to remain a republic!

            Both parties failed to protest when the massive power which was placed under the Homeland Security Agency was later transferred, simply by another George Bush's presidential executive order and all this power was moved under the president!   Whether the people realized it or not, the Constitutional republic was then changed from a republic into a dictatorship by this action - all without public approval -- or -- without a shot being fired! 

            Both parties approved of Section 1021 and Section 1022 of the “National Defense Authorization Act” which says Americans can be detained, without charges, in indefinite military detention, OR tried by military tribunal, OR rendered over (extra-ordinary rendition) to any foreign government or other foreign entity, simply by criticizing government.   This is the single most dangerous and destructive law ever passed by Congress because it has always been the duty of the people to be watchful of their liberty themselves.   Government seeks power and more power! The people must watch government.  They have an inherent right to criticize government when it falls into error.  But for this right, we now find we are to be persecuted!

            Both parties have grievously failed the people when they declined to take action against the federal Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (L.E.A.A.) for 'sneaking in' two unauthorized pages in the work approved by American citizens: “Page 340” and “Page 341” which falsely charged  that the people have given their "permission"  to be totally and completely disarmed (Page 340) ; further, that they approve of the continuing “change process”(Page 341).   Thus, without a viable form of force in the future, the people will have lost all authority and all sovereignty, and will be back again to being serfs on the land that was once called "the land of the free and the home of the brave".

            Both parties voted to raise the debt ceiling.  Both voted for “Obamacare”.   Both voted for H.R. 347, suppressing free speech.   It abridges the right to freedom of speech, by stopping the people’s right to protest when secret service are present.   There are other losses, but too numerous to be listed here.       

            Both parties have deceived us by continuing membership and funding of the communist-led United Nations and failure to expose the deceptive nature of the United Nations.  Both parties continue to adopt various United Nations global government management resolutions.

                       You can be sure that the administration which follows the Obama administration will engage in more shocking and dictatorial changes than the activities now already enacted under past presidents and the current Obama administration.    The loss of the right to criticize actions of the government should be a grave warning to every American.
