Dear Pastor and staff,
The pending Assembly Bill 10942 would force children to take vaccines with or without parental consent in order to be admitted into school. This bill is located at the following website: http://assembly.state.ny.us/leg/?bn=A10942
Although this bill is being introduced in New York State: it has an underlying federal tonality that can set precedent for all 50 states.
This bill:
* calls for changes to the law in order to make recommended inoculation compulsory in order for children to attend school.
* permits the administration of vaccines for sexually transmitted infections to minors without parental consent.
* promotes separate sections of the bill to come into effect next year with others becoming law in 2010.
Call for concern:
The flu vaccine for example, which continues to be manufactured with thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative, is recommended for all pregnant women, infants and children despite the fact that the Institute of Medicine in 2001 recommended against the policy of exposing these same sensitive groups to thimerosal containing vaccines Vaccines containing mercury, live HIV virus, live cancer and other horrors have wrought misery after victims were bullied into taking them by government mandates that they were deluded into thinking was the law. Once again powers are claiming a right to mandate that all children must take vaccines just to attend school (including home schooling). Another research project http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/63658 studied the effects of a typical vaccine load given to children on infant monkeys. The study revealed that the infant monkeys developed autism like signs and symptoms from taking the same vaccines that are commonly injected into children.
