D.O.W. MISSION STATEMENT: To educate all youth about abortion. If we do that it will cut the abortion rate as much as 50% guaranteed. If we do it effectively, it could be as much as 80%. 80% reduction of 1.2 million annual abortions is 240,000 annual abortions. Very close to the number of abortions when it was illegal, which was 100,000-150,000 a yr. I believe it is possible to get that number lower than the 150,000 illegal abortions with enough education, even with abortion being legal. It takes a lot of time invested. We must never rely on the government to educate the people. We must be the ones to always do it. D.O.W. is a full time pro-life ministry, specializing in educating youth.

COURT CASE UPDATE: Next date will be 2-9-12. A motion to dismiss the case will be considered. The case is taking extra-ordinarily long because they schedule each date every other month as opposed to every month in most courts. For new D.O.W. members, you can see old details of the case here:

NEW (OLD) VIDEO OF FENWAY PARK WITNESS: From last yr. There is nothing special about this 7 minute video. It only shows heavy crowds going by the signs on my truth truck. Out of the thousands of people who walked by, there was hardly any reactions to the signs:

FIRST NIGHT WITNESS: ...was very effective. I held my WARNING sign with the abortion procedure on it. There was a ton of youth, mostly white suburban types, the kind that I haven't reached much of yet, so we are making in roads, slowly but surely. All credit to God! The reactions were pretty good. I stood in a great spot where everyone could see it. I also got to tell 1 post-abortive young lady about Project Rachel. She started off saying she was "pro-choice" & I cut right to the chase & told her, not about fetus facts, but about healing at Project Rachel. she was very interested 5 minutes later she changed her mind, said she was no-longer pro-choice & took the Project Rachel number.

RECORD NUMBER OF BABIES SAVED: Bill Cotter(Operation Rescue, Boston) reports 117 saves in 2011. That is an increase of 43 over the previous yr.(74). D.O.W. officially started working the colleges on Sept 25th 2010 by handing out pro-life bookmarks. 2 months before the 2011 record-breaking season. I talked to Rod Murphy, head of Problem Pregnancy in Worcester, last week. He said his crisis pregnancy ctrs HAVE NOT seen any increase in the number of saves. It is important to note that D.O.W. has not been in the Worcester area minus a few times. 99% of our work has been in the Eastern part of the state. (idealy, if I could be in all 50 states, I would). It will be interesting to see the total number of abortions for MA & how much they went down(I'm expecting they did), those numbers may not be out for 1 or 2 more yrs.
