Dear Colleague,
It is my distinct pleasure from the
C-FAM family of staff, board, and donors to
wish you and yours a glorious Christmas!
Recall that Our Lord and Savior loves even
those who would tear down His Kingdom. For
they know not what they do.
We report this week on the amazing victory
last week where the UN General Assembly
stripped radical homosexual language out of a
UN resolution. This is a major setback for the
radical international homosexual movement and
an incredible victory for the natural law and
for the family.
We also report on a remarkable victory in
Ireland where the Supreme Court laid down the
law to the European Court of Human Rights in
saying a lesbian couple does not family make.
As always, SPREAD THE WORD!
Yours sincerely,
Austin Ruse
President

Cultural Rights' (ICESCR) took it upon itself last
summer to reinterpret the treaty to say that
“gender identity” and “sexual orientation”
are new categories of non-discrimination and that
nations are bound by international law to recognize.

By PIero A. Tozzi
(NEW YORK – C-FAM) Ireland's Supreme Court has
handed down a "landmark decision" in favor
of the natural family, asserting that Ireland's
constitution trumps the European Convention on Human
Rights (ECHR). The decision holds a child generally
benefits from having a connection with his
biological father – even one who is a sperm donor
for a child being raised by the mother and her
lesbian partner. A five-judge panel of the Irish
Supreme Court unanimously overruled an intermediate
court decision that had denied a homosexual sperm
donor guardianship and access to his son. Read
