**Ladies,
imagine you're at a restaurant or shopping mall, with your
little girl, and you walk into the bathroom,
and are confronted by a man who "feels" like a woman
that day. Or business owners, just imagine
getting sued by that man, and bankrupted, because you
politely asked him to use the men's room. You'll pay both
your lawyer, and his.
A committee vote in Congress is likely
this or next week, giving us only days left to petition,
fax or phone the 49-member
House Education and Labor Committee, before they ram-through
Homosexual Congressman Barney Frank's (D-MA) aggressive bill to
force women nationwide to share public bathrooms with sexually
deviant men.
What is ENDA, you ask? The
end of women's privacy in public bathrooms. This
doomsday legislation, H.R. 3017, empowers homosexual complainers
to bankrupt
all Christian Business Owners, hurting the economy, if
the business owner refuses cross-dressing men entry to the
ladies room, even before the deviant gets any sex-change
operation. GOP Congressman John Kline (R-MN) warns us that
ENDA creates an entirely new protected class that is vaguely
defined and often subjective. "The legislation extends
protections based on – quote – 'perceived'
sexual orientation," Kline said. "These vaguely
defined terms would result in an explosion
of litigation," costing millions in lawyers fees,
paid by Christian Business Owners to homosexual complainers.
 Homosexual
Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) already has 198 co-sponsors, and
will press for a full Congress vote THIS MONTH. But the
worst part of Frank's new ENDA bill, without exaggeration or
embellishment, is that it specifically forces all
business owners, including Christians, to open
their ladies bathrooms to cross-dressing men, even before
they undergo sex-change operations.
No kidding. Just read the bill's words, here:
ENDA Section 8.A.3. "CERTAIN SHARED FACILITIES-
Nothing in this Act shall be construed to establish an unlawful
employment practice based on actual or perceived gender identity
due to the denial of access to shared
shower or dressing facilities in which being seen
unclothed is unavoidable, provided that the employer provides
reasonable access to adequate facilities that are not
inconsistent with the employee's gender identity as established
with the employer at the time of employment or
upon notification to the employer that the employee has
undergone or is
undergoing gender transition, whichever is
later." That's a direct quote from Barney Frank's
proposed new ENDA law.

BB: How do you react to charges from Religious Right
leaders that ENDA will sanction
cross-dressing in the work place?
PNW: In a sense, the charge is accurate. If ENDA is
passed, employees should be allowed to dress in the manner
that's appropriate to their chosen gender identity, whatever
that is. And they will do that if allowed by law.
BB: And when ENDA is passed?
PNW: If and when ENDA passes, having people with changed gender
identity in the workplace -- working side by side with them, and
even using the same bathroom with them
-- is something that some people will just have to get over.

don't want co-ed bathrooms to racists.]

Did you know, Christians workers and business owners are ALREADY
being targeted for prosecution, with ENDA-like policies? According
to the Family Research Council, it will:
* Force a Christian bookstore to hire a man .

Jared Polis (D-CO) just announced Tuesday, "We have the
votes to pass ENDA in the House and we hope to bring it before
the committee I serve on – the Education
Labor Committee – [list
of 49 Members here] within the month – by
the end of April. And then, once it passes the committee,
it shouldn’t take more than a couple of weeks – a week or
two – to schedule it for the floor. It’s just a
scheduling matter....I don’t know about the Senate – but in
the House, we expect to pass out substantially. It has
substantial support. The Senate requires 60 votes so it’s a
matter of getting some Republican moderates to support it."

 Homosexual
Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) introduced ENDA legislation to punish,
fine, or bankrupt Christian Business Owners who prefer to
hire upstanding, model, self-controlled Christian employees
over sexual deviants. "There will be a vote
on the floor of the House of Representatives almost certainly
this calendar year on a fully inclusive ENDA," Frank
said in a press conference. "It will be the first
piece of major LGBT civil rights legislation ever enacted by
this Congress," boasted lesbian Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin
(D-WI). The legislation has 118 original cosponsors, almost all
Democrats. The ENDA legislation "would prohibit
employment discrimination, preferential treatment, and
retaliation on the basis of sexual
orientation or gender identity by employers with 15 or
more employees," without regard to religious views of the
business owners. There is NO religious exemption for
profit-run businesses. And even
churches are in danger...
According to FRC's analysis, "the
federal government could punish your church with an expensive
lawsuit for 'discriminating' against a homosexual applicant for
a lay position such as music director." And Christian
bookstores, private schools, and even church-owned ministry
enterprises will be forced to
choose between obeying their conscience or feeding their own
families, deprived of Christian equality,
religious liberty, and freedom of commerce.

In yet another direct assault to religious
liberty, President Obama bypassed
Congress last Monday, using a recess appointment to
promote an aggressive
homosexual activist to the Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission. Chai Feldblum, a former ACLU lawyer who
lobbied for the pro-homosexual Human Rights Campaign,
became one of the five highest members of the EEOC board tasked
with judging workplace discrimination complaints. Her
agenda is clear: "As a general matter, once
a religious person or institution enters the stream of commerce
by operating an enterprise such as a doctor’s office,
hospital, bookstore, hotel, treatment center and so on, I
believe the enterprise must adhere
to a norm of nondiscrimination on the basis of sexual
orientation and gender identity," Feldblum wrote.
In other words, Christian Business Owners forfeit
their religious liberty rights, and must hire and promote sexual
deviants, or face crippling government fines.
While 8 liberals were invited to testify to Congress,
only one Christian, Craig Parshall, Senior VP of National
Religious Broadcasters, was allowed to testify against ENDA:
"H.R. 3017, if passed into law, would
impose a substantial and crippling burden on religious
organizations, both those who are non-profit groups, as
well as faith-based institutions and enterprises which operate
commercially." Camille A. Olson, a Chicago lawyer who
trains companies in workplace compliance, testified to Congress
that H.R. 3017 could force employers to
modify or rebuild existing workplace bathrooms or shower
facilities to accommodate cross-dressers even
before they have sex-change operations.
 Olson
testified: "H.R. 3017 requires...if the employee is
undergoing gender transition and requests the use of shower or
dressing areas...an employer may satisfy the employee’s
request in one of two ways, through either
providing access to the general shower or dressing areas
of the gender the employee is transitioning
to or has transitioned to; or by providing reasonable
access to [new] adequate facilities that are not inconsistent
with that gender...However, as drafted, H.R. 3017 creates the
following ambiguity and uncertainty:
...Whether 'certain shared facilities' include restrooms; and whether
employers are required to modify existing facilities."
(Bottom line: Either let
"men" use the ladies' room, build them a new
shower at great expense, or pay huge government fines, and
millions in litigation costs, paying both your lawyers and the
complainer's.)

Without a new bill by Congress, we can win.
The U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly refused to
grant hiring preferences to homosexual deviants, ruling for
example in Fontiero v.
Richardson that sexual behavior
is totally unlike race or gender, reserving suspect and
quasi-suspect classifications of discrimination for
"immutable characteristic[s] determined solely by the
accident of birth," (not choice or behavior). Lower
courts such as Woodward v. United States have likewise ruled,
"Homosexuality, as a definitive trait, differs
fundamentally from those defining any of the recognized suspect
or quasi-suspect classes. Members of recognized suspect or
quasi-suspect classes, e.g., blacks or
women, exhibit immutable characteristics, whereas homosexuality
is primarily behavioral in nature." But if
Congress gives homosexuals preferential hiring with ENDA, people
can easily fake 'orientation' behavior to get a job. Christian
workers will face discrimination, denied promotion by their
boss's fear of offending their homosexual competitors.
In 1987 gay-activist Michael Swift wrote in The
Homosexual Manifesto: "We shall sod-
omize your sons, emblems of your feeble masculinity, of your
shallow dreams and vulgar lies. We
shall seduce them in your schools, in your dormitories, in your
gymnasiums, in your seminaries, in your youth groups, in your
movie theater bathrooms, in your houses of Congress,
wherever men are with men together [i.e. the military?]. Your
sons shall become our minions and do our bidding. They
shall be recast in our image. They will come to crave us
and adore us." [They can't have children; they must
recruit ours.]
If we lose Christian commerce
today, we could lose our children tomorrow, with open
homosexuality taught as "official government policy"
in our public elementary schools. It's already happening
in New Hampshire, where new House Bill 1523 mandates that all
school districts insert the terms "sexual orientation"
and "gender identity and expression" into policies,
and also calls for schools to integrate
those policies into curriculum. If we can't teach
about Jesus in public schools, why can they promote open
homosexuality?
